A wonderful find! I chanced upon this place one afternoon while wandering around the area that I work in, and immediately fell in love. The beer selection is incredible, the bartenders know what they're doing and what they're talking about, and the food they have is just fanstastic. I go there at least once or twice a week now for lunch (and when I don't have to go back to work, I alwayws have a pint or two as well!)

I enjoyed a Saturday evening here. It is near the Rice Village. The draft beer selection is better than average (Killians red for me). Nice looking waitresses and a good clientele. Definitely a place to visit.

The nicest pub in Houston in my opinion and we actually have some good ones. A little pricey, unless you go on Sunday, when all pints are $2.75! Very good selection including locals like Saint Arnold's which I humbly think is among the best microbreweries in the US. They also offer an excellent veggieburger, and since I'm in the minority of beer freaks in that I'm vegan, this helps tremendously. Very clean and authentic British pub. Easily the nicest place to get a buzz in Houston!

T'is the season for holiday ales, and this pub has some great ones. On an early December visit, we enjoyed pints of Sam Adams Winter Lager (at a special promotional price), Sierra Nevada Celebration, Anchor Our Special Ale (excellent this year), and cask conditioned Saint Arnold Christmas Ale (absolutely superb on cask!). We never got to the Young's Winter Warmer.

A wide selection of draft choices, weighted heavily toward the imports. I was a bit disappointed to only find one Octoberfest tap (Spaten) during the first week of October. Good representation from the local Texas microbrews as well - Saint Arnold had at least three beers, including their cask conditioned amber, and Brenham Brewery had all three of their beers on draft - Helles Lager, Pilsner, and the newly released Bock. Our group jus had appetizers - I especially liked the fried zucchini.
